3 week agoThe Firm Barbershop runs a fantastic business. Santana is incredibly professional, and the level of service and detail that went into providing my the right fade for my hairstyle was greatly appreciated. The Firm Barbershop also has a TV setup with a connected PS4 and different stream services to keep their clientele relaxed and entertained during their appointments. Most importantly, Santana was mindful of the current pandemic climate, and ensured his workplace was clean and safe. His mask stayed on while cutting hair, and had a hand-sanitizing station set-up for after the appointment. The Firm Barbershop comes with an extremely high recommendation from me not only for the casual and relaxed atmosphere, but for the attention to detail and professional levels of service when cutting hair or lining-up facial hair.

1 month agoI've always been impressed by his skill when he was at the other place. They have definitely lost an asset to their shop. He does a wonderful job on my boys. Love his new spot that is His! Love the atmosphere. He is very respectful and listens to his customers. We won't go anywhere else. He is very personable and caring and treats others as he would want to be treated and I can't help but appreciate that. He also always has words of wisdom for my teen boys and that's awesome for him to be not just a barber but also a role model to his young customers.

1 month agoI was so impressed and happy with my first visit to The Firm Barber two weeks ago, I left a glowing review before ever leaving the parking lot. However, it is nowhere to be found so; attempt #2. Absolutely love this place. It's small, personal, comfortable and perfectly decorated w/a nice blend of throwback and modern styles. Santana is professional, personable and very skilled in his craft. I really enjoyed my visit and loved the work he did on my undercut. Will definitely be sending the men in my life to see him and Jorge. Highly recommend to everyone!!

1 month agoSantana is fantastic. I've lived in Arizona for almost 6 years now, and I can honestly say that the quality of his haircuts are unparalleled. The atmosphere inside the shop is lively and coupled with the decor makes for a great atmosphere. I immediately felt like a part of The Firm family. This will be the only barbershop I will be going to from here on out. HIGHLY recommend!!!

3 month agoGreat barber. Small place only got room for 1 person at a time so you can try walkin but better to set up an appointment in my opinion. The place is located inside another larger complex that has a beauty salon as well and other small business . The barbers prices are more reasonable . I called another place up the street and they wanted 30 for beard trim and lining. His price was 15. I tipped him 8 on top of it because he took his time and made it look really good for my date later that evening Highly recommend him and would use him again.

3 month agoSantana is an exceptional old school barber. He listens to his clients and diligently takes his time to ensure his clients are completely satisfied by the time they leave his shop. His location is secluded and private to give you a personal experience rather than sit in a chair in front of dozens of waiting customers. He is by appointment only but well worth it. Highly recommended!

4 month agoJorge was awesome. He made me and the other guests waiting feel very welcomed and offered beverages and snacks. I've never been offered anything while at any other barber so it was a unique thing for sure. The high fade was recommended to me by Jorge and he absolutely killed it. Just so they don't lose any business, The Firm Barber is located inside the building that says " Hair Nails Salon Boutique Skin Body". Walk inside and it'll be the first door on the right. I highly recommend these guys, they keep it real and do a killer job. Thanks Jorge!

4 month agoGreat atmosphere love the way that He took the time during the cut. You can definitely tell he has a passion in the art of barbering. If you cant find the shop it's got the really nice Harley Davidson outside. Highly recommend.
